As a resident, you’ll receive a box of farm fresh food every month from Yellow Bird Food Shed. Any extra or undesired food is donated to local charities.

Located on our main floor is an open-concept activity and community room stocked with plenty of seating, a free-use pool table, wall-mounted television and kitchen area. This space is used for community events such as SuperBowl parties, but is also open throughout the day for tenant use.

Our courtyard features an elevated terrace with bocce ball, grills, tons of seating and a pool!
