March Activity Guide: Columbus Events

It’s easy to find an event to match your likes and interests in Columbus, Ohio. There are frequent festivals, concerts, sporting events, and restaurant hops happening right in our backyard. Here is your guide to an eventful March in Columbus.

March Gallery Hop

The Short North Arts District in Columbus is known for their monthly Gallery Hop. The first Saturday of each month dozens of galleries and unique exhibit spaces come together to celebrate art. With restaurants and bars keeping extra hours for the crowds, street performers on the corners, and great food and drinks along the art walk, this monthly Columbus activity provides for a great night out on the town.

Laugh it Out

A little laugh is needed every now and then and it’s good for the soul. The Palace Theatre presents Aziz Ansari’s: The Road to Nowhere, a stand-up show on March 10th in Columbus. Having done three successful Netflix comedy specials, his own Netflix comedy-drama, and years of stand-up comedy, this clever, semi-political, and funny show is sure to entertain.

Kiss: End of The Road World Tour

Closing out an epic 45 year career, rock and roll legends KISS are on their final tour! On Saturday, March 16th, Ohio residents can catch this epic and final Columbus performance by this legendary band at the Nationwide Arena.

Weezer & The Pixies

After a successful summer tour, Weezer is returning to tour life, and they are hitting the road with the Pixies. With a stop at the Schottenstein Center on March 19th, this show is a highly anticipated one for many Columbus residents.


Aladdin Temple Shrine Circus

If you’re looking for a family-friendly activity this month in Columbus, look no further than the Aladdin Temple Shrine Circus. March 22nd – 24th at the Ohio Expo Center, take your kiddos to this fun filled show! With clowns, aerialists, live animals, carnival rides, and tasty treats, this circus is sure to entertain your entire family for the weekend.

Dublin St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Dublin, Ohio hosts one of the largest and greenest parades for St. Patrick’s Day, making this March event a MUST-SEE. With visitors from all over Ohio, as well as many Dublin residents, this parade entertains around 20,000 guests. The day kicks off with the Lion’s Club Pancake Breakfast and continues with the parade at 11:00am. Following the parade guests are encouraged to visit local Dublin establishments where Irish specials and all-day entertainment is offered. This parade has marching bands, floats, clowns, oversized balloons, and great local food and drinks.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day With Your Arbor Family

At The Arbor we will be hosting our own intimate St. Patrick’s Day event. On March 16th in our spacious community room we will be providing refreshments and treats for our Arbor residents. Come by and say hi, mingle with your neighbors, and enjoy this family-friendly way to ring in this year’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration; event starts at 2:00pm, we hope to see you there!
